REVISION NOTE:
Document #12509, effective 4-5-18, readopted, readopted with amendments, or repealed the rules Chapter Saf-C 3100 on driver education. The former rules, prior to Document #12509, had last been filed under Document #9568, effective 10-17-09. These rules did not expire on 10-17-17 but were extended pursuant to RSA 541-A:14-a until replaced by the rules filed under Document #12509, effective 4-5-18. Document #12509 replaces all prior filings for the former rules in Chapter Saf-C 3100.
The changes made by Document #12509 in Chapter Saf-C 3100 included the insertion of a new definition in Saf-C 3102.05 of "commercial motor vehicle", the repeal of the definition in Saf-C 3102.09 of "drivers' school", and the replacement in other rules of references to "drivers' school" and "commercial drivers' school" with "approved drivers' school". The following rule sections were also repealed or otherwise deleted from the parts in Saf-C 3100 as numbered prior to Document #12509 becoming effective:
