(a) All grantees shall maintain detailed time and incident records related to activities funded by the substance abuse enforcement program, pursuant to RSA 21-P:66 and these rules, for a period of at least 3 years.

(b) Grant and supporting documentation shall be made available for inspection and audit by a representative of the department upon request during the grantee's business hours, no later than the next business day.
