Section Saf-C 2803.04 - Temporary Driving Permit

(a) Temporary driving permits shall become invalid if:
(1)
The permit is detached from form DSMV 426;
(2) The permit is defaced or
mutilated;
(3) A suspension or
revocation takes effect within the period of issue; or
(4) A valid New Hampshire driver license has
an expiration date which takes effect within the period of issue and the person
has not filed a renewal application accompanied by the prescribed
fee.
(b) Temporary driving permits shall not be issued if:
(1)
The person is already under suspension or revocation;
(2) The person is not licensed;
(3) The person holds an out-of-state license;
or
(4) The person presently holds a
temporary driving permit issued under Saf-C 2800, Administrative License
Suspension.
