Section Saf-C 2605.02 - Application for a Local Permit to Sell Display and Consumer Fireworks

(a) Each applicant for a local permit to sell display and consumer fireworks shall obtain a permit application from the municipality.
(b) Each applicant for a local permit to sell display and consumer fireworks shall submit the following on the permit application:
(1)
Seller's name, address and date of birth;
(2) Business name and address;
(3) Type of fireworks that will be sold;
and
(4) Location(s), address(es)
and physical description of all storage areas, including a site
plan.
