Section Saf-C 207.11 - Failure to Surrender License, Plates, Registration

In the event a person is advised by letter to surrender his or her license and/or registration certificate and plates, and such person fails to comply, the financial responsibility administrator or hearing examiner shall, after 15 working days from the effective date of the suspension or revocation, forward a pickup order to a law enforcement officer to retrieve such items.
