Section Saf-C 207.07 - Decertified Habitual Offenders

Notwithstanding Saf-C 207.12(a), the requirement to file proof of financial responsibility shall be terminated by a hearings examiner or the financial responsibility administrator after 3 years from the habitual offender's date of eligibility for driver's license/operating privileges, as determined at the decertification hearing.
