If the person shall deny any of the facts stated in the transcript or abstract, or deny, in the case of a conviction for a misdemeanor, that he/she was represented by counsel or that there was an appropriate waiver of counsel and acknowledgment of rights documented in the court, then the person shall have the burden of proving that such is untrue.
