Section Saf-C 203.05 - Scheduling of Hearing

Unless otherwise provided in these rules, each hearing shall be assigned a hearing number and set for a date as soon as practical after the complaint has been received and reviewed. The hearing shall be scheduled to allow a reasonable time for preparation of the case by both the department and the parties.
