In the event the department determines that an applicant has misrepresented or falsified information on his/her application which would or did enable him/her to obtain a commercial driver license or endorsement(s), the department, after giving notice and the opportunity for an administrative hearing, shall suspend the commercial driver license, if applicable, or disqualify the applicant from driving a commercial motor vehicle, for a period of 90 days.
