(a) The department shall furnish trip permits at the IRP Section, the Stephen E. Merrill Building, Division of Motor Vehicles, 23 Hazen Drive, Concord, N.H. 03305.
(b) Trip permits shall also be available from permit service companies.
(c) An updated list of permit service companies, pursuant to (b) above, shall be available at the department.
