Any other fees or taxes charged or imposed by any jurisdiction in connection with the ownership or operation of a vehicle other than the apportionable fees defined herein shall be unaffected by the IRP. All other fees and taxes shall be paid to each jurisdiction in accordance with the laws thereof.
