Containers of explosive materials shall be stored by being laid flat with top sides up. Corresponding classes, grades, and brands shall be stored together within a storage facility in such a manner that class, grade, and brand marks are easily visible upon inspection. Stocks of explosive materials shall be stored so as to be easily counted and checked.
