(a) Two fog lamps may be permanently mounted on the front bumper of each school bus.
(b) In the event fog lamps are mounted on the front bumper of a school bus, they shall:
(1)
Be 12 to 30 inches above the ground, measured from the center of each
lamp;
(2) Be placed not less than
30 inches from the center of the front bumper;
(3) Be both vertically and horizontally
adjustable;
(4) Illuminate the area
in front of the school bus;
(5)
Meet the manufacturer's specifications;
(6) Be controlled by an independent switch
and powered by an independent fuse or breaker; and
(7) Comply with all applicable New Hampshire
inspection requirements.
