(a) The designee of a school district shall require at least 2 emergency evacuation drills each school year and report such drills to the division no later than October 15 and May 15.
(b) In addition to the requirements of (a) above, the designee of a school district shall report any emergency evacuation to the division within 24 hours after the evacuation.
