Part Saf-C 1203 - FIRM CERTIFICATE OF REGISTRATION
Section Saf-C 1203.03 - Review of Application for Firm Certificate of Registration

(a) Within 30 calendar days of receipt of the completed application, the department shall review the application and determine whether or not to issue a firm certificate of registration.
(b) The department shall approve the application and issue a firm certificate of registration if it meets the requirements of Saf-C 1203.01 and Saf-C 1203.02.
(c) If an application is denied, the department shall notify the applicant in writing of the reasons for the denial.
(d) Any applicant who has been denied a firm certificate of registration may request an administrative hearing in accordance with the requirements of RSA 541-A and Saf-C 200.
