Section Saf-C 1019.02 - Request for Hearing

Upon receipt of a written request for a hearing, subsequent to a suspension pursuant to RSA 263:59, the department shall schedule a hearing within 15 calendar days of receipt of the request. For any hearing scheduled under the provisions of RSA 263:56 or RSA 263:59 regarding a serious injury, any seriously injured person shall receive notice of the hearing, shall have the right to be present at the hearing, and shall be permitted to testify at the hearing.
