Section Rev 609.03 - DRA Reporting of Collected Data

(a) The reporting of the data collected under the contract or in-house work plan shall be completed by the DRA personnel on Form PA-45 and Form PA-46.

(b) The completed report(s) shall be sent to the contractor's project supervisor, in-house assessor, or municipal assessing officials for their review.

(c) The contractor, in-house assessor, or municipal assessing officials shall have 30 days to respond to the DRA's report(s).

(d) After the 30 day response period has ended, the DRA shall forward the finalized report(s) to the municipal assessing officials.
