(a) Municipal treasurers shall maintain a record of bonds and notes issued by the municipality, pursuant to RSA 33:12, in the form of a bond and note register.
(b) In addition to the requirements stated in RSA 33:12, the register shall include the following information:
(1) The name of the
bank certifying the note or bond;
(2) The date the note or bond was authorized
by the legislative body;
(3) The
price for which each note or bond was sold, and the name of the purchaser of
the note or bond;
(4) The rate of
interest;
(5) Title of the
municipal official signing the note or bond issue; and
(6) The date and amount of payment of
principal and interest.
