Multiple violations of the same offense resulting from a single incident shall be counted as one conviction for the purpose of assessing points. Violations of separate offenses resulting from a single incident shall be counted as separate convictions for the purpose of assessing points. For the purposes of this section, single incident means violation(s) of a timber harvesting operation occurring under the same intent to cut number required by RSA 79:10, or under the same property owner within a calendar year for those timber harvesting operations not requiring an intent to cut. It shall not be considered a single incident when a subsequent violation of the same offense occurs after a previous violation for which official action has already been taken.
