Section Res 2406.02 - Scoring

(a) All members of the screening committee in attendance shall rate the applications.
(b) The following scale shall apply:
(1) Unacceptable items shall receive a score
of 1 point;
(2) Poor items shall
receive a score of 2 points;
(3)
Satisfactory items shall receive a score of 3 points;
(4) Above average items shall receive a score
of 4 points; and
(5) Excellent
items shall receive a score of 5 points.
(b) A successful application shall receive a minimum average score of 25 points. Failure of a project to receive a minimum average score of 25 points shall result in a recommendation to deny the grant application.
(c) The screening committee shall advise unsuccessful applicants as to how a proposed project could be improved in order to gain the committee's support.
