Section Res 1104.01 - Petition for Adding and Deleting from the Natural Heritage Inventory

(a) All petitions for adding and deleting species from the natural heritage inventory as "endangered", "threatened" or "special concern" shall be made through the petition process as described in Res 202.01.
(b) The petitioner shall provide the following information:
(1) Petitioner's name
and address;
(2) Date of
petition;
(3) Scientific and common
name of species;
(4) Taxonomic
distinctiveness/taxonomic problem;
(5) Applicant's reasons for
petitioning;
(6) Documentation of
occurrence;
(7) Locality of
occurrence; and
(8) Signature of
applicant.
