Section Res 1103.02 - Threatened Species

(a) The natural heritage inventory of threatened species shall contain the following types of species:

(1) All species occurring in New Hampshire determined to be a threatened species pursuant to RSA 217-A:5;

(2) Former federal candidate species, as listed in table 1100.3, occurring in New Hampshire which are not contained on the natural heritage inventory of endangered species as contained in Res 1108.01; and

(3) Native plants documented as having 10 or fewer natural occurrences within the last 20 years or are otherwise vulnerable to extirpation due to habitat loss or other factors.

(b) Any plant found to comply with (a) above, for which a petition conforming with Res 202.01 and Res 1104 has been submitted, shall be added to this natural heritage inventory.
