(a) Public comment hearings shall be open to the print and electronic media.
(b) The moderator shall place limits on the activities of the media to avoid disruption in the following ways:
(1) Limiting the number of media
representatives when their presence is disproportionate to the number of other
citizens present and shall cause other citizens to be excluded;
(2) Limiting the placement of television
cameras to certain locations in the hearing room; and
(3) Prohibiting interviews from being
conducted within the hearing room during the hearing.
