Pursuant to RSA 326-J:3 students shall be exempt from licensure if:
(a) They deliver recreation therapy services under the supervision of a licensee; and
(b) Receive academic credit for such supervised services as part of an educational program sponsored or given by a college or university accredited by:
(1)
Commission on Institutions of Higher Education of the New England Association
of Schools and Colleges; or
(2) Any
other accrediting body recognized by the Council for Higher Education
Accreditation.
