(a) Persons wishing to correspond with the board or make submissions to it may send the correspondence or submission by:
(1) United
States mail;
(2) Facsimile,
provided that:
a.It is printed by hand or
typed; and
b.The board's rules do
not require it to be sent by mail; or
(3) E-mail, provided that the board's rules
do not require it to be sent by mail.
(b) Persons seeking information from the board may do so by:
(1) Mail, fax or e-mail as
set forth in (a) above;
(2)
Telephoning the board; or
(3)
Accessing the board as described in
Rec
104.01(c).
