Each apprentice and appraiser shall, pursuant to RSA 310-B:18-a, comply with the then-current requirements of "Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice," when performing any appraisal service. Failure to adhere to USPAP shall be misconduct and shall subject the apprentice or appraiser to the imposition of discipline pursuant to Rab 402 after notice and opportunity for hearing.
