All apprentices, appraisers, and applicants shall notify the board in writing of any change in home or business address within 10days of such change. Failure to provide a written notification of change of address shall not be exculpatory grounds for failing to respond to governing board inquiries or timelines and shall be grounds for disciplinary actions.
