The content of course instruction shall meet the minimum requirements of the AQB's Core Curriculum as detailed in their Guide Note 1: AQB Guidance for Curriculum Content in the Real Property Appraiser Qualification Criteria and Interpretations of the Criteria, adopted January 1, 2008, available as noted in Appendix A.
