Section Rab 302.06 - Review Experience

Applicants may claim the actual time spent for reviews of appraisals prepared in compliance with USPAP Standard 3. However, such time claimed shall not exceed 50 percent of the credit hours listed in Rab 302.04(a) - (c), for the type of appraisal reviewed.
