(a) A utility shall consider all complaints forwarded to it pursuant to Puc 204.02 and thereafter:
(1) Make any reparations, cease committing
any violations, and take any other appropriate actions (as provided by
RSA
365:3); or
(2) Advise the commission and the complainant
that it disputes the complaint.
