(a) All award repayments shall be made directly to the commission in cash or by check made payable to the treasurer, state of New Hampshire.
(b) T he state treasurer shall credit all repayments to the workforce incentive program fund for use in granting other awards in accordance with RSA 188-D:18-h, V.
