(a) To be eligible to receive an award under this program a student shall:
(1) Be a resident of New
Hampshire;
(2) Be
eligible to receive Title IV financial aid;
(3) Be enrolled in an approved
workforce shortage area program at an eligible institution;
and
(4) Be making
satisfactory academic progress according to the standards of that
institution.
(b) Receipt of aid from other state funded student financial assistance programs shall not affect a student's award eligibility under this program.
