Chapter Pos 1500 - PROGRAM FOR TUITION REPAYMENT FOR CART PROVIDERS AND SIGN LANGUAGE INTERPRETERS

Section Pos 1501.06 - Eligibility
Current through Register No. 40, October 3, 2024
An applicant for tuition repayment under this program shall:
(a) Complete and submit the application for CART/sign language interpreter tuition repayment (PEC-CART);
(b) Be employed, or self-employed, and work at least 30 hours per week, on average, as a CART provider or sign language interpreter in New Hampshire for the prior 12 months;
(c) Have certification/licensure as specified in Pos 1501.03;
(d) Show evidence, through the submission of a completed application, that he or she has completed one year of service in New Hampshire for each year of tuition repayment; and
(e) Submit the application by the deadline.
