The tuition waiver shall not automatically be renewed. A new application shall be completed for each year that a student requests to be considered for a tuition waiver under this program. The completed renewal application shall be submitted to the division of children, youth and families of the department of health and human services by March 1, prior to the academic year for which aid is sought.
