(a) An applicant for a tuition waiver shall:
(1) Be a New Hampshire resident for
12 consecutive months preceding the date of enrollment;
(2) Be an eligible student as
defined in Pos 1401.01
(c b) and certified by the division of children,
youth and families of the department of health and human
services;
(3) Have
completed the FAFSA, met the specified filing deadline of each
respective public institution, and be eligible to receive Title IV
federal financial aid at the institution(s);
(4) Have submitted an on-time
application for assistance to the New Hampshire charitable
foundation; and
(5) Have
been accepted as a full-time student at an eligible New Hampshire
public institution of higher education.
(b) The tuition waiver may be used only for undergraduate education.
