If an investigation determines that it more likely than not that it could be proved at an adjudicative hearing that misconduct warranting sanctions has occurred, the respondent shall be notified and an adjudicative proceeding shall be conducted as provided in RSA 541-A, Plc 200, RSA 310-A:1-k, RSA 310-A:1-l, and the applicable board's practice act.
