(a) The rules in Plc 200 shall govern:
(1) Waivers of
rules;
(2) Voluntary surrender of
licenses; and
(3) Any other
procedures not included in this chapter.
(b) For purposes of this part, "respondent" means the person against whom a disciplinary action is initiated.
