Section Plc 307.01 - Applicability

(a) Plc 307.02 and Plc 307.03 shall apply to any person who has obtained a license on or after the 2023 effective date of this chapter, whether an initial license, temporary license, or renewal license.
(b) Plc 307.04 shall apply to:
(1) Any person who has obtained or renewed
a license under this chapter, whether an initial license, temporary license, or
renewal license;
(2) Any student
practicing under a provision in applicable law that allows such practice,
whether as an internship or under a student license; and
(3) Any person who has obtained a license
from an applicable board.
