"Regulatory authority" means the OPLC or a supported board, commission, or council that has the statutory authority to regulate the conduct of persons who are or seek to be licensed in the profession within the regulatory authority's jurisdiction, which in the case of the professions listed in Plc 201.02(b) is the OPLC.
