"Oral adjudicative hearing" means a trial-type hearing that is part of an adjudicative proceeding and is held at a specific time for the purpose of receiving live testimony from witnesses, together with any evidence and argument that is presented. The term includes oral adjudicative hearings conducted in-person and conducted in-person with remote participation.
