(a) The board shall recognize as maintenance of continuing competence for physical therapists the successful participation in a clinical residency program credentialed through the American Board of Physical Therapy Residency and Fellowship Education (ABPTRFE).
(b) The board shall credit the licensee with one contact hour for each clock hour of participation or attendance which took place during the 2 year renewal cycle, to a maximum of 24 hours per renewal cycle.
