REVISION NOTE:
Document #12993, effective 2-22-20, repealed all of the former rules in Chapter Phy 200 and adopted a new rule Phy 201 titled "Applicability of Ahp 200" containing Phy 201.01 titled "Rules of Practice and Procedure."
Document #12993 replaced all prior filings for the former Chapter Phy 200. The prior filings affecting the former Chapter Phy 200 included the following documents:

As practice and procedure rules, the rules in Chapter Phy 200 in Document #12993 will not expire except pursuant to RSA 541-A:17, II.
