Chapter Phy 100 - ORGANIZATIONAL RULES

REVISION NOTE:

Document #12993, effective 2-22-20, readopted with amendments Chapter Phy 100. Specifically, Phy 104 titled "Purpose", Phy 102 titled "Definitions", and Phy 103.01 titled "Composition of the Board" were readopted without change. Phy 103.02 titled "Officers", Phy 103.07 titled "Notice of Meetings", Phy 103.08 titled "Minutes of Board Meetings", and Phy 104 titled "Public Information" were deleted. Phy 103.06 titled "Other Organizational Rules" was inserted. The former Phy 103.03 through Phy 103.06 were readopted and renumbered as Phy 103.02 through Phy 103.05.

Document #12993 replaced all prior filings for rules in the former Chapter Phy 100. The prior filing affecting the former Chapter Phy 100 was Document #9039, effective 11-28-07.

As organizational rules the rules in Chapter Phy 100 in Document #12993 will not expire except pursuant to RSA 541-A:17, II.
