Any pharmacist who alters, forges, or intentionally falsifies, or causes to be altered, forged, or falsified any information, documents, or records required to be kept or submitted by this rule shall be subject to disciplinary action under RSA 318:29, II. Falsification of records shall constitute misconduct.
