Candidates who fail to complete the MPJE examination, as required by Ph 302.03(f), within one year after the candidate's application is received at the board office shall have their application denied, but fees shall be retained by the board. If a candidate wishes to re-apply for New Hampshire licensure, a new application containing updated information shall be filed with the board.
