Section Pes 505.01 - Use Along Public Road Rights-of-Way

The use of herbicide on rights-of-way shall be conducted under the supervision of a certified applicatorin a manner that minimizes the extent and duration of browning foliage, such as the use of herbicides or herbicide additives designed to control discoloring.
