Universal Citation: NH Admin Rules Pes 101.39

"Watershed of public water supply" means that area which contributes surface water runoff either directly to a surface source of a public water supply or to the reservoir, lake, pond, river, stream, ditch, watercourse, or intermittent rivulet or other open waters that at any time flow directly or ultimately into designated sources of public water supply.
