Universal Citation: NH Admin Rules Per 1302.02

When a full-time employee works other than a Monday through Friday schedule and is not scheduled to work on a designated calendar holiday, the appointing authority shall provide either:

(a) Another scheduled workday off with pay; or

(b) An additional day's pay at the employee's regular rate, provided that funds are available.
