The following days shall be calendar holidays under the provisions of Per 1301.01:
(a) New Year's Day;
(b) Martin Luther King, Jr. Civil Rights Day;
(c) President's Day;
(d) Memorial Day;
(e) Independence Day;
(f) Labor Day;
(g) Veterans Day;
(h) Thanksgiving Day;
(i) Day after Thanksgiving; and
(j) Christmas Day.
