Section Pda 502.26 - Shorefront property mooring area

"Shorefront property mooring area" means a water surface area relating to the shorefront property of a shorefront property owner, marina, or condominium, determined by extending the side boundary lines of the property owner's lot, marina's lot, or condominium's common area perpendicular to the shoreline into the state tidal waters out to, but not to cross, the channel, or, if there is no channel, to a line midway between the low water mark of the shorefront property and the low water mark of the opposite shore.
